Fantástico
O hotel segue o padrão internacional de outros hotéis da mesma categoria da rede Novotel. Nenhuma surpresa negativa em relação às instalações e comodidades. Tudo limpo e organizado. Café da manhã com boa variedade, mas a fila da máquina de café era bem inconveniente. Sem dúvida, a boa localização do hotel é seu principal atrativo. Fica perto da estação central de trem e também de um dos pontos de parada do ônibus turístico Big Bus.

Experiência muito agradável no Novo hotel Haupbanhof!
Excelente pequeno almoço com variedade e muita qualidade. Superou as expectativas! A localização já me tinha sido sugerida por outros visitantes. A decoração do hotel e a funcionalidade do mobiliário! Tinha receio de existir algum tipo de ruído dada a proximidade a estação de comboios mas superou expectativa.
Não ter possibilidade de controlar temperatura do quarto! Muito quente!

Localização excelente para o meu meio de transporte.
Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro e tivemos que trocar de quarto à noite. Para tanto, tivemos que descer até a recepção com todas as malas para poder trocar de quarto e voltar com todas as malas novamente para o próximo quarto. Isso não foi legal.
